Sheila joined Reckitt in March 2025 as Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of internal and external communications, and partnerships.
Sheila brings a unique blend of experience in communications, engagement, and government relations, having worked with international governmental organisations, multinational corporations, as well as public relations and communications agencies.
Before joining Reckitt, Sheila was Chief Communications Officer at SC Johnson and a member of its Executive Committee. Prior to that, Sheila served as Vice President for External and Corporate Relations at the World Bank. Additionally, Sheila has also held leadership roles at Unilever and led Weber Shandwick’s EMEA Social Impact practice.
In 2017, Sheila was recognised as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
Sheila is a Danish national and has lived and worked internationally. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Bergen in Norway, a Master of Arts in International Political Economy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History and Politics from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
