Career
Mahesh is CEO of Bacardi and joined in 1997 where he held several regional leadership roles across global markets before being promoted to CEO in 2017. Since then, he has successfully led the company’s growth and transformation, providing stability, a clear strategy, and a dynamic culture for organisational success. Previously, Mahesh held various roles at International Distillers & Vintners, FCD Draft Advertising and Wipro Consumer Products.
