Working conditions

The Company believes the human rights at work of its employees and contractors are an absolute and universal requirement (see Commitment to respecting human rights). Reckitt subscribes to the International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) Fundamental Conventions (no forced labour, no child labour, freedom of association and no discrimination); and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD’s) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
