My role involves collaborating with people across Europe, India, and the Middle East, each with different work styles. One of the biggest challenges was helping to build a new role and process from scratch. Convincing others to adopt new ways of working was tough, but it taught me how to manage connections and bring people along on the journey. I also feel like I’ve been part of building something from the ground up, it’s like my little project. That sense of ownership and contribution keeps me engaged.
