The power of Reckitt’s Talent Community: a legacy of purpose and progress for all

Reckitt is defined by its vibrant community of over 43,000 uniquely talented employees, who help ensure around 30 million products reach our customers daily throughout the world. Our community started in Hull over 200 years ago and continues to drive our products forward from our world-class and historic Science & Innovation Centre – one of our biggest factories.

Together, alongside our other locations in Derby and Nottingham, and our global headquarters in Slough, our centres create our brand’s iconic products – such as Dettol, Durex, Harpic, Nurofen, Air Wick, Vanish and more.

These trusted brands that make a real impact on people’s lives contribute to a cleaner, healthier world and empower our people to unleash their potential to experience fulfilling roles and careers.

Cultivating a growing Talent Community

Beyond nurturing our people, our Talent Community is dedicated to engaging with diverse, dynamic talent who want to join us.

We know finding a role that aligns with your past but also shapes your future can be challenging. That's why we're on a mission to connect talented people with meaningful career prospects. We focus on gained and transferable skills over educational backgrounds or previous job titles. This enables us to attract and recognise individuality and diversity while opening career paths within Reckitt.

This journey begins in our Talent Community, where our recruiters share content tailored to candidates and ensure they’re matched with opportunities that complement their unique skills – where they may discover a career path they hadn’t considered.

Staying connected

Not everyone is ready to take that next step with us. So, we keep our Talent and Alumni communities informed with news and people stories, allowing previous employees and future talent to stay in touch, get to know us and be in a better place to decide when and where Reckitt could be the right place for them.

A purpose-driven culture

What could you expect if you joined us? We thrive on a culture that is purpose-driven, entrepreneurial and action-oriented. ‘Doing the right thing. Always’ is at the core of Our Compass, guiding our approach to attracting and managing talent.

If you decide to take your next career move and join our team, with the right ownership, care, action and delivery, you’ll be able to explore diverse career opportunities, based on your skills and passions.

You can grow further faster through exposure to diverse projects and truly own your impact on the business.
