At Reckitt, we use a 50-40-10 learning model. This means half your learning will be on-the-job training through projects, secondments or volunteering. 40% will be social – learning from colleagues through feedback, coaching, mentoring and shadowing and interacting. And 10% will be formal education in our Learning Academies.
