2024 gender pay performance

We are committed to fostering a balanced and inclusive workplace. For the fifth consecutive year, we voluntarily report data for nine of our largest markets, in addition to the legislative requirement to report on gender pay data in the UK. This reporting covers around 65% of our workforce. Our 2024 Gender Pay performance shows similar trends to last year, but also demonstrates the diversity of cultures in which we operate. Our progress on gender balance and our corporate inclusion initiatives are covered in more detail in our sustainability report.
