Our diverse team of around 40,000 includes people of all ages, backgrounds, identities and beliefs, from more than 125 nations. This diversity is our strength. We are committed to fostering a balanced and inclusive workplace. For the fourth consecutive year, we voluntarily reported on 9 of our key markets in addition to the legislative requirement to report on gender pay data in the UK. This reporting covers almost 70% of our workforce and includes our progress on gender balance and our corporate inclusion initiatives. Read more in ‘Our People’.

2023 inclusion highlights
In 2023, Nurofen continued work on understanding the pain gap between men and women. Their second report revealed that women are waiting longer for a diagnosis than men, for the same type of pain. In response, Nurofen launched a Pain Pass helping track pain and symptoms and empowering women to deal with HCP bias and get the right support, diagnosis and treatment.
