    About the programme

    Explore. Develop. Transform.

    Our Management Trainee Programme is an intensive 18-month journey designed for fresh graduates to learn and experience the world of FMCG through real life projects that makes an impact. Through experiential learning opportunities and functional rotation, graduates will get to explore your interests and develop capabilities across Sales, Marketing and eCommerce. It builds a strong foundation towards a holistic career in FMCG for aspiring fresh graduates. Upon completion, successful trainees will be offered a permanent junior management role within the business.

    Bring your fresh perspectives!

    We are looking for recent master graduates from local or international universities across all majors, with 0 to 3 years of work experience. Fluency in both spoken and written Thai and English preferred. Passionate about our brands and able to bring fresh perspectives to help us innovate and think outside of the box to co-create game-changing solutions. Ex-Reckitt Interns or Contractors a plus!

    Application process

    The Reckitt Management Trainee Program offers an intensive 18-months journey to explore, develop and actively participate with the real work-life and professional business functions.

    After your successful submission of your application, you will receive an automated email from us containing a link to complete the online assessment accordingly.

    02Help us learn more about you!

    Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team for a video assessment.

    03Open House & Presentation Day

    Further shortlisted candidates from the previous round will be invited for the Open House & Presentation Day. Final candidates will undergo a panel interview with our Management Team.

    04Application outcome

    Successful applicants will start the management trainee program in January 2024.
